"I invite all Christians, everywhere, at this very moment, to a renewed personal encounter with Jesus Christ, or at least an openness to letting him encounter them." – Pope Francis

Crossroads 4 Christ (C4C) is a community of Catholic young adults learning to love and deepen our relationship with Jesus and one another. We meet once a week at parishes in different cities and towns across Connecticut.

What to Expect

A “C4C Night” is the starting point of this encounter with Jesus and one another. C4C Nights revolve around one hour of fellowship and faith formation and one hour of Eucharistic Adoration.

Glory Stories

Have a chance to reflect on the past week and to share a moment when you saw God’s presence in your life.

10-Minute Teaching

Receive from another young adult a short presentation based on the teachings of the Catholic Church and his or her personal journey of faith.

Small Group Breakout

Engage in small group conversations, where you have the opportunity to discuss the night’s teaching and explore how it relates to your own experiences.

“C4C meant a community of people, coming from different paths, but walking with you in the same direction, in the same journey. That is what makes me excited about C4C.”

Jesús

“C4C has positively impacted my life by providing me with lifelong friends who have opened me to knowing more about my faith and to being able to share my faith and evangelize with others. I am so proud to be a part of a program that promotes our faith by showing how to be true disciples of Jesus.”

Jill

“After more than 5 years of being part of C4C in different chapters and with different roles, I can’t stop praising God for this gift in my life. I found in every person I encountered and at every meeting a sense of community in Christ that I had never experienced before.”

Eucharistic Adoration

The second part of a C4C Night is Eucharistic Adoration. During this time, we meet Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. We can pray to Him, hear His voice, and rest in His Presence.

As Catholics, we believe that Jesus is mysteriously yet truly present – body, blood, soul, and divinity – in the Eucharist. Adoration is a privileged opportunity for us to be close to Jesus, to grow in our relationship with Him, and to meditate on what was shared earlier in the night.

This hour includes silence and time for personal reflection and occasionally includes praise and worship music or other forms of prayer.

“They devoted themselves to the teaching of the apostles and to the communal life, to the breaking of the bread and to the prayers.”
